Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
While occasionally, we can accept walk-ins, we suggest booking your appointments 2-6 weeks in advance.
How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment; this allows us to get you settled in and comfortable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for all cancelations; we reserve the right to charge you for the full-service cost if you do not cancel your appointment in advance. View our cancelation policy here
What are your opening hours?
We are open 11:00-6:00 on Mondays, 9:00-6:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00-7:00 on Thursdays and Fridays, and on Saturdays, we are open 8:00-4:00.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major bank and credit cards as well as cash.
Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?
Yes, please give us a call for more information.
Do you offer special packages or promotions?
Yes! Our women’s blowout and 9 minute color packages and mens hair cut package are a great way to bundle and save. We also offer membership pricing for those of you who wish to attend regular appointments at the salon.
COVID-19
What safety measures are in place regarding COVID-19?
We continually revisit our in-salon safety precautions. As a small business, we will always consider the State and the CDC guidelines, as well as the feelings and comfort of our team when making adjustments. Our current safety measures are:
-We provide a clean and sanitized waiting area.
-Clean capes and towels will always be used for every guest.
– We sanitize all common areas regularly throughout the day and all used equipment between every guest.
-Service providers will wash their hands and sanitize before every guest
-Our tools and brushes have always been and will continue to be fully sanitized for every guest

What services do you offer
We offer various mens barber services, such as haircuts and shaves, and a comprehensive list of services for women, including our famous blowouts and relaxing treatments. Click HERE to view our women’s menu and HERE to view our men’s menu.
Can I request a specific barber/stylist?
You can request the stylist/barber of your choice; please let us know the name of the stylist/barber you would like when booking.
Do you offer consultations
Yes! We encourage you to talk with your stylist before your appointment.
Do you offer services for children?
Yes, we provide Mama and Me appointments as part of our membership program, as well as cuts and styles for children 5 to 12 years of age.
Do you offer bridal or special occasion hair styling?
Yes! Please call us at 847.773.0444 to schedule a consultation.
What should I do if I’m unsatisfied with my haircut or service?
We aim to have you walk out of the salon refreshed and renewed. If you are unhappy with our service, please inform your stylist or our staff at the reception desk before you leave.
Do you offer haircare tips or recommendations?
Maintaining a style should be straightforward. Our expert stylists are happy to provide tips and tricks for maintaining your hair once you leave the salon.
Can I bring my haircare products for use during my appointment?
We use top-of-the-line Devines and Milkshake haircare products for the women and Depot for the men; if you cannot use these, please speak with us before your appointment.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We only use cruelty free and all natural hair care products.
